** Ingredients:**

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless turkey breast or thighs, cut into chew-sized pieces
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and snap peas)
  • 1 cup noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles work top-notch)
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated sparkling ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optionally available)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • half teaspoon purple pepper flakes (or extra to flavor)
  • Salt and pepper, to flavor
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles: Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to the bundle instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the elements: Cut the turkey into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cut the mixed greens into chunk-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion and mince the garlic.
  3. Heat the wok or huge skillet: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a massive skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the turkey to the skillet: and cook dinner until browned and cooked through, approximately five to six minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
