Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless red meat loin chops (5 oz each)
  • half teaspoon salt
  • half a teaspoon of pepper
  • three tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 1 cup of pineapple preserves
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the red meat loin chops.
  • Heat the olive oil in a big skillet over medium-high heat.
