Ingredients:
- 6 boneless red meat loin chops (5 oz each)
- half teaspoon salt
- half a teaspoon of pepper
- three tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1 cup of pineapple preserves
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
Steps:
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the red meat loin chops.
- Heat the olive oil in a big skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork loin chops and prepare dinner for 5 minutes in line with the facet, or till browned and cooked via.
